I have a balcony that is east facing. It gets all day sun but strongest in the morning.?
I live in Australia and would like to know some good rapid Growing Climbers (for a frame) that can tolerate high sun (during summer). We’re heading into winter just now and it gets down to about 0 at night so it would have to be pretty hardy.
Boston Ivy, Morning Glory, Grape, and the Snail Vine do quite well for most or half of the day in direct sun and are also quite tolerant to cold temperatures.
Personally, I would go for the Grape Vine or the Boston Ivy to be on the safe side.

I ask to many questions on this thing. Any way im size 84 kilos, i think a dress size of almost 16 :O Im to scared to check this days. Im 164 center meters.

I will be using the cardio machines such as tread mill and tread climber maybe even the moving stairs. (i have already put on to much muscle so i will use weights in moderation.)

First of all, you need at least one rest day a week.
Secondly, there’s no such thing as too much muscle, especially for women, who can’t really build a lot of muscle mass in the first place (usually around 3-4 kg per year of lean muscle mass – and that’s for those who train very hard and eat a strict muscle-building diet). Muscle increases metabolism, which helps get rid of the fat faster. Less muscle means more fat.
Do weightlifting 3 times a week and cardio 3 or more times a week, where at least 2 of the sessions are HIIT (high intensity interval training – google for how to do HIIT).
