How inshape does one have to be to do indoor rock climbing?
I want to get into indoor rock climbing but I want to know how in shape I have to be to get started.
Just climb, climb often and hard. Theres being in shape (from the gym etc) and theres being in climbing shape. Best thing to do is to climb as much as you can and for as long as you can. Over time you`ll build up the strength and stamina needed to advance. Along the way you`ll pick up plenty of tips. Climb with ppl who are better than you, this way you learn something and push yourself harder.
