Build Muscles?
I have a a requirement to climb a 20 foot free dangling rope(hands only).
Right now i cant climb past my own body height!
Can somebody tell me which muscles i should concentrate on building with weights so in 3 months i can accomplish my goal.
My upperbody strength is pretty bad,im sure its lack of this thats hampering my efforts and not technique!.I Can do 25 push-ups-Barely!!!

people often dont realize it, but strenghtening your forearms and hands is very important in exercises like climbing a rope.
